Welcome to MIP Services, LLC where Maggie Freshman, Virtual Assistant, can assist you with business management, bookkeeping, event planning, and general office organization needs.

Maggie graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in Leadership and Management after initially spending a few years working towards a mathematics degree. Initially, she worked in a variety of fields within human resources divisions. She moved to Arizona and most notably worked for a multifaceted medical practice overseeing IT management, the human resources department, and assisting with payroll and accounting. She then moved back to Virginia working as a bookkeeper for handfuls of restaurants and has since helped a couple small companies clean and set up their human resources and accounting departments. Maggie started MIP Services, LLC in March 2012 based out of the Charlottesville, VA area and has since enjoyed helping several clients run their own businesses—whether it be related to bookkeeping, organizing, planning, or just general remote research and assistance. MIP Services is now based out of Richmond, VA.
